参会回执：
请有意参会的代表扫描下方二维码在线填写参会回执；或在本网站下载参会回执文件，填写并发送至会务组邮箱isse17org@163.com。
注册费正式代表2400元/人，学生代表1800元/人。注册费含宴会、餐费及会议期间咖啡、茶点，住宿费用自理。
缴费方式：
① 线上缴费
扫描转账二维码转账或按汇款信息汇款，并将转账/汇款凭证发送至组委会邮箱isse17org@163.com（备注姓名、单位、联系方式），注册成功以收到转账/汇款回执为准。
② 线下缴费
报到时现场缴费。
发票问题：
请在参会回执内填写发票信息，电子发票将在会议结束后三个工作日内发送至接受邮箱。

Attendance Receipt
Representatives who are interested in attending the conference are requested to scan the Code below and fill out the attendance receipt online；Or download the attendance receipt file from this website, fill it out and send it to the email address of the conference management team isse17org@163.com.
The registration fee is ¥2400/per person for official representatives and ¥1800/per person for student representatives. The registration fee includes conference banquet, meal expenses, as well as coffee and tea during the conference period. Accommodation expenses will be borne by oneself.

① Online payment
Scan the Code for transfer or transfer according to the remittance information, and send the transfer/remittance voucher to the organizing committee email isse17org@163.com Please provide your name, affiliation, and contact information. Successful registration is subject to receipt of the transfer/remittance receipt.
② Offline payment
Pay on-site upon registration.
Invoice issue:
Please fill in the invoice information in the attendance receipt. The electronic invoice will be sent to the receiving email within three working days after the meeting ends.
