  • 第十七届结构工程国际研讨会(ISSE-17)将于2024年10月13-16日在哈尔滨举行。会议由国家自然科学基金委员会(NSFC)主办,哈尔滨工业大学承办。结构工程国际研讨会(ISSE)源自1990年在乐山召开的结构工程青年专家国际研讨会(ISSEYE),该研讨会随后分别在哈尔滨(1992)、上海(1994)、北京(1996)、沈阳(1998)、昆明(2000)、天津(2002)、西安(2004)、福州(2006)、长沙(2008)召开,于2010年更为现名后分别在广州(2010)、武汉(2012)、合肥(2014)、北京(2016)、杭州(2018)和天津(2023)召开,已成功举办16届。该序列会议旨在为学者、研究人员和广大结构工程技术人员提供展示最新研究成果和进展的平台,已经成为结构工程领域以世界华人学术骨干为主体、特色鲜明的国际学术会议。

    本次举办的ISSE-17以“高性能、智能化、绿色低碳”为宗旨,展示学者、研究人员和广大结构工程技术人员最新研究成果;交流土木工程结构的设计理论、实验与数值模拟关键技术、智能建造与维护技术、工程结构抗极端灾害、既有结构评估与修复/加固等多方面,探讨新材料、新结构、新体系、新技术在基础设施建设中的安全与可持续发展中的作用;推动国际间的交流与合作;总结过去,展望未来。

  • The 17th International Symposium on Structural Engineering (ISSE-17) will be held in Harbin from October 13-16, 2024. The conference is hosted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology. The International Symposium on Structural Engineering (ISSE) originated from the International Symposium on Young Experts in Structural Engineering (ISSEYE) held in Leshan in 1990. The seminar was subsequently held in Harbin (1992), Shanghai (1994), Beijing (1996), Shenyang (1998), Kunming (2000), Tianjin (2002), Xi’an (2004), Fuzhou (2006), and Changsha (2008). It was renamed in 2010 and has been successfully held in Guangzhou (2010), Wuhan (2012), Hefei (2014), Beijing (2016), Hangzhou (2018), and Tianjin (2023) for 16 sessions. This sequence conference aims to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and structural engineering technicians to showcase the latest research achievements and progress. It has become an international academic conference with distinctive characteristics in the field of structural engineering, with the world’s Chinese academic backbone as the main body.

    The ISSE-17 held this time aims to showcase the latest research achievements of scholars, researchers, and structural engineering technicians with the aim of “high performance, intelligence, green and low-carbon”; Exchange key technologies in design theory, experimentation and numerical simulation of civil engineering structures, intelligent construction and maintenance techniques, extreme disaster resistance of engineering structures, evaluation and repair/reinforcement of existing structures, and explore the role of new materials, structures, systems, and technologies in the safety and sustainable development of infrastructure construction; Promote international exchanges and cooperation; Summarize the past and look forward to the future.
